SPECIAL PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION

   SW-230 is new generation product combining both advantages of “Synthetic fluid” and Emulsion fluid”—excellent lubricity, excellent cleanliness cooling effect. It is formulated with high-effective anti-rust additive, lubricity enhance and. It does not contain sulfur, phosphor, chlorine, sodium nitrite and acid. It has long service life even without biocide because its basic components are some chemical substance with good bio-stability against rancidity. It is suitable for the operations such as turning, drilling, grinding and CNC machine center for the material of ferrous metal, copper and aluminum.

USAGE                                          

1. Must clean up the system before use            

2. Dilute by water from 1:15 to 1:30.
